On the Empower home page you can find the number of new outreaches to volunteers from organizers. Outreaches to volunteers includes successful and attempted outreach from Organizer Follow Up Calls to Action as well as "log a note." If you are a Director in multiple organizations, you can see these numbers aggregated for all of your organizations by clicking your organization name in the upper left hand corner and selecting View all my organizations from the dropdown.

As you scroll down the home page, you will see the names of different Directors and Organizers listed. You can see the numbers of Outreaches to Volunteers from each Director and Organizer.

If you click on the hyperlink in the Organizer or Director’s name, you will be taken to their page and be able to see more tracking information on their management of Volunteers. 

Organizer outreach is super important to our relational organizing work.

1. Outreaches help set volunteers up for success and they make volunteers feel comfortable doing the work. 

2. We as organizers are constantly doing things experimentally. Outreaches are a great time for you to ask for feedback from your Volunteers. The information that you get from Volunteers is extremely helpful as you are shaping your strategy and approach to relational organizing.

3. In an outreach, you can hear about some of the Contacts that Volunteers have identified as potential future Volunteers. This consistent communication will allow you to continue to build your base of Volunteer support.
