Exporting Your Network

There might be some instances where you need to export your entire Empower network to a CSV file.

To export your network as a CSV:
  • Navigate to the People tab and select the people you would like to export using the checkboxes. You can find more information on how to do this in Taking Bulk Actions.
  • Click Bulk Actions and then Export.

  1. When you Export your network, the CSV will have the following columns of information: EID (Empower Unique ID), Parent EID, Role, Region Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, City, State, Zip Code, Address, Address Line #2, Van ID, MyCampaign ID, Created At, Last Used Empower At, Notes
You may not have the privileges to Export your network. In that case a member of the Empower team will have to give your permission to do that. You can submit a ticket here to request those privileges.

API Export

If the CSV data export is not sufficient for your needs, Empower also has an API export including data for people profiles and call to action responses. Knowledge of this process is not required for our typical Empower users. If you have a data team in your organizing program, or a staff member who has coding capabilities, they can follow this link to submit a ticket and a member of our staff will follow up regarding the API export process.
